DCA Annual Member Meeting Update: Date Change

The date is now Wednesday, May 20. The meeting is in the Paris Lecture Room in the new CEEA facility at the airport.

The Town Hall meeting starts at noon. The DCA annual member meeting will start immediately following the Town Hall meeting (approximately 1:30).

Please join us for lunch to hear what we are currently working on, to ask questions, and to provide feedback directly to the Board as we move forward in 2026.

TSA Updated Screening Process for SIDA Badge Holders

The below flyer is the new, faster process that allows SIDA badge holders to bring daily-use liquids, aerosols, and gels to work through TSA screening. The QR codes link to a brief informational video explaining the change, as well as an electronic fact sheet.

New Location Design, Permit & Construction Lease Timelines

The DCA is working with DEN to evaluate the amount of time required to design, permit, and build out a restaurant or retail location within the airport. Many of our members have seen MAG and liquidated damages as a result of opening late.

Initial discussions have included the potential of bringing the city permit process into the airport to consolidate the number of steps needed to complete the permit application process.

We are asking our members to provide feedback from their experience, specifically with their architect and/or general contractor, that caused delays in their construction process. We are looking to use your experience to help improve the process.
